Tonk Road to Get New 200-Foot Sector Road: Major Connectivity Boost Approved by JDA

The Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) has approved a budget of ₹38 crore for a key sector road project connecting Tonk Road with Fagi Road. This new 200-foot-wide sector road is set to unlock rapid development and improve connectivity in southern Jaipur.

Approved Development Works

• The JDA executive committee has greenlit land acquisition and road construction, with work expected to begin soon.

• The sector road will provide direct access between Tonk Road and Fagi Road, easing local traffic and creating new opportunities for residential and commercial property growth.

• Multiple development works were also approved, including:

  • Road projects in Sheshnarayan Nagar (M-45), Balaji Sagar (M-44), and Kishorsagar JDA zones.

  • Upgrades for Mansarovar’s northern region at ₹30 crore.

  • Major sewer line and civil works in Swarn Vihar, totaling ₹21 crore.

  • ₹34 crore for sewer line and public works in Pratap Nagar and north Sanganer.

  • ₹36 crore investment approved for Satvik Line in Sanganer North.
